You will review drawings, run first-article checks, and conduct inspections with gauges, maintaining safe, efficient production and contributing to lean improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must read complex blueprints and technical documents with confidence.
• Experience with Amada NT & NC9 programming and basic setups.
• Strong shop math and measurement fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Review travelers, drawings, and specs to confirm sequence and quality checkpoints.
• Set up hydraulic CNC press brake, load validated CNC programs, and edit as needed.
• Run first-article checks and verify dimensions before final inspection.
• Balance throughput and quality to meet schedules and time standards.
• Record progress in the E2 management system and keep tooling and fixtures ready.
