  • Develops yearly calendar of events, workshops, and related schedules; ensures timelines are met.
  • Evaluates progress of new student programs for continuous improvement.
  • Tracks student enrollment and retention data; writes impact reports.
  • Teaches post-secondary students to plan academically and develop success skills.
  • Coordinates program website communications and supervises student leaders.
  • Presents outreach and training to freshmen and sophomores; uses data to support program goals.
  • Provides guidance to develop effective advisement promoting academic progress; performs related duties.
