Job summary

You will report to production management at shift start and receive daily assignments. Must have 3 months of operator experience within the last year, understand labels and follow instructions, and be able to work safely under Tyson policies.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 months operator experience within the last 12 months.
• Must understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Rehires are subject to an 181 day wait period and candidates who previously worked for Tyson or Tyson affiliates 3+ times are ineligible.

Responsibilities

• Keep evisceration floors clean and sanitize knives and gloves.
• Fill in as needed per supervisor to cover staffing needs.
• Operate machinery, tools and equipment as required in the First Processing area.
• Complete Tyson paperwork accurately and communicate with plant management and team members.
