Job summary

Tyson Foods in Attalla, AL is hiring a Feed Loading Operator FM02 for 2nd shift at the Ivalee Feed Mill. You will input driver and farm data, verify feed types, and direct drivers according to loading schedules.

This role requires physical work including lifting up to 60 lbs, and the ability to work in varied environments. Candidates should have at least 6 months of machine operator experience and be able to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months of machine operator experience.
• Ability to work in hot, dusty, wet, or cold environments and lift up to 60 lbs (up to 100 lbs with assistance).
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and variable hours based on demand.

Responsibilities

• Input driver and farm information into the feed tracking system accurately.
• Ensure correct feed type is loaded and sent to the correct farm.
• Direct drivers to loading areas according to the schedule.
• Manage tasks and priorities as needed throughout the day.
• Take feed bin inventory and operate loading equipment per load schedules.
• Follow Tyson Health and Safety protocols and maintain good housekeeping.
