LEGACY LEGAL RECRUITING LLC is seeking a motivated Litigation Paralegal with 1-2 years of experience in First-Party Property Litigation to join our client’s legal team in Coral Gables, FL. The role supports attorneys in managing case files, research, and document preparation across discovery, pleadings, and trial prep.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong organizational and communication skills to contribute to efficient litigation workflows and client

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in first-party property/property & casualty litigation.
• Bilingual English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: organize and maintain case files, ensure documents are current and accessible.
• Legal Research: conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy and document prep.
• Drafting and Filing: prepare, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Discovery Support: assist in gathering, reviewing, and organizing relevant case materials.
• Trial Preparation: assist with trial logistics, binders, exhibits, and witness lists.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with 1-2 years of experience in First-Party Property Litigation to join our client's dynamic legal team. This position will support attorneys in managing and advancing property & casualty litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are current, accurate, and readily accessible.
• Legal Research: Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy and document preparation.
• Drafting and Filing: Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Discovery Support: Assist attorneys in managing discovery processes, including gathering, reviewing, and organizing relevant case materials.
• Trial Preparation: Coordinate trial logistics, create trial binders, and manage exhibits, witness lists, and other trial-related documents.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in 1st party property/property & casualty litigation.
