Job summary

Thrive Aviation in Las Vegas, NV seeks a First Officer to support safe and efficient flight operations and uphold our customer service standards. You will work with pilots, dispatch, and maintenance to ensure on-time, compliant operations.

Minimums include 1000 hours fixed wing, 500 hours PIC, US passport, and a Commercial Pilot Certificate with ME/IR, plus FAA Class 1 medical. International eligibility and near KLAS travel are required.

Qualifications

• 1000 hours Fixed Wing Total Time.
• 500 hours PIC Total Time.
• Valid US Passport.
• Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi/Instrument Rating.
• FCC Radio License.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Effective communication.
• Eligible for international flights without restrictions.
• Live within 2 hours of KLAS or Thrive bases.
• Willing to adapt to growth.

Responsibilities

• Administratively responsible to the Chief Pilot.
• Ensure safe and efficient ground and in-flight operation.
• Anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations.
• Comply with FAA regulations, Thrive’s GOM, and procedures.
• Coordinate with crew, dispatch, maintenance, and administration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
