Job summary

Thrive Aviation is hiring a First Officer for its Challenger 3500 fleet in Las Vegas. In this customer-forward, safety-obsessed role, you will support the Captain in the safe, efficient ground and in-flight operation of the aircraft while delivering an exceptional experience to every passenger.

You will collaborate closely with leadership, fellow crew members, and dispatch in a dynamic Part 135 charter environment.

Qualifications

Total time: 1,000+ hours fixed-wing.
PIC time: 500+ hours.
Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine and Instrument ratings.
Current, valid FAA First Class Medical.
FCC Radio License.
Valid, unexpired U.S. passport; eligible to fly internationally without restrictions.
Residence within 2 hours of KLAS or Thrive Aviation remote crew base.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe, efficient operation of the Challenger 3500 in compliance with FAA regulations, Thrive's GOM, Operational Specifications, and department procedures.
Deliver a polished customer experience on every leg.
Maintain clear communication with the Captain, crew, dispatch, maintenance, and leadership.
Assist with flight preparation including performance, weight and balance, weather, and NOTAMs.
Adapt to irregular operations and last-minute schedule changes with professionalism.
Perform other duties as assigned by management or senior leadership.
