Job summary

Thrive Aviation is seeking a Captain to lead flight operations in Las Vegas, NV, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. The Captain will mentor First Officers, communicate clearly with leadership and dispatch, and uphold all regulations and Thrive policies during ground and flight duties.

Candidates must have 3,000 hours total time, a Pilot Certificate, FCC permit, FAA First Class Medical, valid US passport, and current type rating.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 3,000 hours of total time.
• Pilot Certificate.
• FCC Permit.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Valid US Passport (not expired).
• Current type rating in our fleet.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Administered under Chief Pilot supervision and lead flight crew.
• Ensure safe and efficient ground and in-flight operations.
• Verify passenger IDs prior to boarding.
• Complete pre-flight checklists thoroughly.
• Train and mentor First Officers on flights and aircraft.
• Anticipate and exceed customer expectations.
• Comply with FAA regulations, Thrive’s GOM, and OPS procedures.
• Maintain coordination with crew, dispatch, maintenance, and administration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
