Job summary

Evertec in San Juan, Puerto Rico is seeking a Service Center Technician to provide first-level support by answering, evaluating, prioritizing, and routing incoming requests. You will use service management tools and knowledge bases to resolve issues within defined SLAs.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree and at least 1 year of related experience, excellent communication and time-management skills, and proficiency with computers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field (Computing/Technology/Administration).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Proficient with computers, documentation, and basic IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer, evaluate, prioritize and route incoming requests to appropriate support groups; attempt to resolve them or escalate as needed.
