Job summary

Betty Hardwick's STEP program seeks a coordinator to deliver coordinated mental health services for adults with First Episode Psychosis (FEP). The role focuses on assessment, care coordination, and rehabilitation within an early intervention framework, helping clients reduce barriers to recovery.

Responsibilities include outreach, goal clarification, coping support, and developing community linkages, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and a commitment to flexible hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in social, behavioral or human services (prefer degree in social work).
• Master's degree is most preferable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor and rehabilitative services of mental health treatment for adults meeting the FEP eligibility.
• Assist eligible individuals in clarifying goals, coping with stressful situations, and improving social interactions.

Education
