Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking seasonal Cooks to join our culinary team at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. Earn $18.75–$19.75 per hour with weekly pay and employee discounts, plus versatile scheduling in a dynamic park setting.

Pay

$18.75 - $19.75 / hour

What Will You Do?

• Clean, by hand or machine: dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks are at the specific requirements for health standards, techniques, and sanitation guidelines
• Comply with food preparation standards by adhering to specified portion sizes and quality benchmarks
• Keep workstations, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
• Use waste control guidelines and record all waste on the spoilage sheet
• Clean work area, including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchenware storage organized
• Remove trash, recycle, and compost from the dish room and transport it to the correct dumpster, as well as clean and sanitize the garbage cans
• Receive and check deliveries for quantity and quality
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties and end‑of‑day inventory
