Job summary

Promni Health is seeking a First Contact Physiotherapist to join our established MSK team in Crewe. This is a full-time role (30-37.5 hours per week) based in GP practices with no hybrid/remote option.

You will assess and manage MSK patients at first contact, with autonomy and strong clinical support, collaborating with GPs and MDT colleagues and using EMIS or SystmOne. Promni Health offers protected CPD time, supervision, and funded training including injection therapy and independent

Qualifications

A degree in Physiotherapy with HCPC and CSP registration.
Active CPD portfolio and continuing professional development.
Experience in MSK triage and GP-based roles.

Responsibilities

Independently assess, diagnose, and manage MSK presentations including complex cases.
Request investigations (e.g. imaging, blood tests) and make appropriate referrals.
Create tailored self-management plans to support behavioural change and recovery.
Use full scope of practice - including prescribing and injection therapy (if qualified).
Record utilisation data daily and collect Patient Satisfaction Questionnaires (PSQs).
