Bupa is seeking an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner to deliver MSK assessments via telephone and video, guiding customers through appropriate clinical pathways. The role combines autonomous clinical decision-making with a customer-focused approach within a virtual service line.

Applicants should have MSc-level MSK expertise, HCPC registration, and at least five years in MSK physiotherapy, including three years in a senior MSK role. Strong governance and communication skills are essential.

• Five years' post-graduate MSK physiotherapy experience, including at least three years in a senior MSK role.
• Demonstrable advanced clinical reasoning and MSc-level diagnostic skills.
• Ability to order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual care.

• Deliver high-quality MSK assessments via telephone and video consultations.
• Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment recommendations for MSK conditions.
