Job summary

RH is seeking an engaging, service-minded Host to create an extraordinary first impression in our Aspen design gallery dining space. You will set the tone for the dining experience, welcome guests with warmth, guide them to their seats, and uphold RH’s elevated hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of guest-facing or hospitality experience, is legally eligible to work in the United States, and has flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of guest-facing or hospitality experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States at time of application.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol and/or perform kitchen duties as required by local regulations.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting experience for guests by providing First Class Service at all times.
• Greet guests promptly and graciously, guide them to their table and start their dining experience with exceptional care.
• Maintain organization of the host stand, coat closet, menu displays, and dining room areas.
• Serve as brand ambassador by presenting a polished appearance and engaging with guests while knowing RH’s offerings.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize seating flow and enhance guest experience and business performance.
