Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and active Texas Bar admission.
• 7-12+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong civil litigation background.
• Family law experience is preferred but not required for an accomplished civil litigator.
• Experience with business litigation, oil and gas litigation, contested probate, or family law is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution.
• Handle some family law matters as part of a broader caseload.
• Provide strong courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and client counseling.
• Contribute to case strategy and collaborate with leadership and staff.
