The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of defense trial experience, a JD from an accredited school, and active Georgia bar admission. Expect substantial courtroom travel and extended trial hours as needed.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar admission in the practicing state.
• 5–7 years of litigation experience with substantial courtroom exposure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first chair in jury and bench trials with courtroom strategy.
• Develop case theory and trial strategy including witness prep and demonstrative evidence.
• Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, pretrial hearings.
