Job summary

The role coordinates partners, develops bilingual training, manages licensing and invoicing, and supports research and program improvement through CQI processes. Travel across New Mexico is required, with potential hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Three years of job-related experience are required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee affiliate partner implementation, onboarding and training with fidelity to standards.
• Develop and facilitate curricula and training for home visitors and supervisors in English and Spanish.
• Administer licensing agreements and invoicing processes with financial accuracy.
• Manage program operations including marketing, budgeting, grant reporting and outreach.
• Represent the office at conferences and community events to build stakeholders relations.
• Support recruitment and outreach to expand participation in First Born and More.
• Supervise contractors for curriculum development and website maintenance.
• Develop CQI monitoring and data gathering for program effectiveness.
