Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, engineering program management, or a closely related technical role.
• Track record driving execution across multiple engineering teams and holding owners to commitments without formal authority.
• Ability to run program mechanisms independently: hand an ambiguous problem, you come back with a process, set priorities, and clear calls among competing asks.
• Comfort working as an AI-native program manager using AI tools to accelerate work, with judgment on where AI output needs verification.
• Program management on firmware or embedded software, such as RTOS, device drivers, sensor stacks, or power management.

Responsibilities

• Drive firmware feature execution and track milestones, surfacing slippage with specificity.
• Manage cross-team execution: Sprint planning, task hygiene, dependency tracking, status artifacts.
• Own bug triage and burndown: intake, severity and priority calls, routing, and SLA tracking for firmware/software teams; design triage process as hardware milestones progress.
• Define prototype device management strategy: allocate prototype fleet, forecast needs, track utilization, redeploy idle hardware, coordinate with logistics partners.
