About the job you’re considering
Experience in validating firmware on emulation like zebu haps and/or in silicon FPGA boards.
- BSEE, MSEE (or higher) preferred, in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong background in SOC/VLSI/Mixed Signal IC bring-up, production and characterization test, and product engineering.
- Strong fundamentals in IC design, Design for Test, and manufacturing concepts.
- Proficiency in low-level C, C++, RISV-V assembler, micro coding, Python, and familiarity with Verilog, VHDL, and SystemRDL.
- Ability to debug hardware using lab equipment.
- Knowledge of test cell integration and production test program release.
- Proven understanding of the latest DFT and test solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a multifaceted environment.
- High motivation and energy levels.
Preferred hands-on experience with:
- RISC-V
- Network On Chip IPs
- Memory Controller IPs (DDR5)
- Low power testing
- PCIe and CXL testing
- FPGAs
- Use of Logic Analyzers, scopes, and HW/FW integration and debugging tools.
Your role
- Work with custom network processors, transceivers, mixed signal ICs, multi-die modules, bare die, and stacked die.
- Drive the post-silicon validation cycle to meet Product Quality and Time to Market goals. Define and develop test plans for optimized testing in a multi-functional team.
- Design and develop testability requirements, influence implementation of test features, and craft test hardware.
- Develop test requirements for innovative IP to minimize testing overhead and costs.
- Create custom test solutions for high power, large dies, and cost-sensitive products.
- Utilize Advantest 93K to optimize test costs through efficient implementation.
- Collaborate with OSATs to set up test infrastructure and deploy production test programs.
