HP, Inc. is seeking a Firmware Engineering Program Manager to lead the firmware PMO for business notebooks and desktops. You will coach Agile teams, bridge internal and external stakeholders, and ensure on‑time delivery while driving process improvements across firmware and software groups.

Responsibilities include leading 3–4 scrum teams, managing schedules, and reporting to senior management. Extensive Excel/presentation skills and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or any related discipline.
• Typically 7–10 years of work experience in program/project management, Scrum Master, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as Agile Scrum Master for 3–4 scrum teams developing firmware.
• Track and report metrics, risks, issues and status to senior management.
• Coordinate development and documentation activities across software and firmware teams.
• Deliver firmware projects using Agile methodologies and manage schedules/allocations.
