HP is seeking a Firmware Engineering Program Manager to lead a matrix team through the software and firmware development lifecycle for HP business desktops and notebooks. You will serve as Agile coach, bridge internal and external stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery of embedded controller firmware.

Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related discipline.
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience in program/project management, scrum master, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Act as Agile Scrum Master for 3-4 scrum teams developing firmware.
- Ensure scrum process is followed and backlog is executed per Product Owner priorities.
- Track and report metrics, program risks, issues and status to senior management.
- Coordinate development and documentation across software and firmware teams.
