Job summary

Artyc is seeking a Firmware Engineer to help us build the firmware that powers our IoT-enabled products. You will join a mission-driven team shaping hardware-software integration across mobile and edge devices.

You will write production firmware in C/C++, develop new firmware for upcoming products, and participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation with cross-functional teams. Flexible working options where possible, competitive compensation, and benefits support a diverse,

Qualifications

Proficient in writing production firmware in C/C++ (embedded).
Understanding of RTOS fundamentals and debugging.
Ability to estimate power budgets for mobile systems.
Experience with project management tools such as Asana and Jira.

Responsibilities

Write production firmware for existing products and develop firmware for upcoming products.
Prototype hardware and build firmware testing suites; troubleshoot early issues.
Maintain code in central repository and participate in weekly code reviews.
Perform bench-level testing in in-house R&D lab.
Contribute to test programs, documentation, and cross-team communication.
Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, product, and design teams.
