Job summary

RTX, Collins Aerospace, is seeking Firmware Engineers to develop complex firmware for military and international customers. You will work on FPGAs, SOCs, and CPLDs within an IPT, performing lab integration, testing, and fault isolation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or STEM field by start date.
• Experience with C/C++, HLS, or UVM.
• Linux scripting experience (bash, make, Tcl, Python).

Responsibilities

• Generate firmware requirements based on system architecture.
• Generate firmware documentation describing the firmware architecture.
• Design HDL-based digital circuits that are structured and readable.
• Build test benches to verify HDL-based designs.
• Generate constraints for target device.
• Create scripts to automate build, integration, and test activities.
• Verify target device functionality in a lab environment.
