Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on firewall deployment, upgrades, and implementation.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting VPN connections.
• Understanding of ICS protocols in industrial environments.
• Experience in regulated environments with SOC/NERC CIP compliance.
• Onsite work availability for three days per week, with after-hours support.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, implement, and upgrade firewalls.
• Respond to firewall support tickets, investigate issues, and troubleshoot connectivity.
• Create and modify firewall rules to support network access and security requirements.
• Configure, implement, and troubleshoot VPN connections.
• Support large-scale firewall upgrades across the organization.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and maintain network operations.
• Participate in after-hours implementations and maintenance.
