• Experience performing special inspections (firestop, fireproofing, wood) on commercial or industrial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and codes.
• Strong attention to detail with precise documentation and reporting.
• Effective verbal and written communication with project teams and clients.

Mansioni

• Perform firestopping, spray-applied fireproofing, and wood inspections per approved plans and codes.
• Verify compliance with manufacturer requirements, tested assemblies, and project specs.
• Review construction docs, shop drawings, and code requirements prior to and during inspections.
• Conduct field inspections at multiple sites in the Las Vegas area and document observations.
• Maintain organized project files including reports, field notes, and correspondence.
• Communicate findings and updates to project managers, contractors, and clients.
