Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with loading, unloading, and organizing tools, parts, and equipment.
• Help carry and position materials for wood, gas, and electric fireplace installations and repairs.
• Support basic cleaning and maintenance tasks under technician supervision.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Maintain and keep tools and equipment in good working order.
• Assist with hauling ash, debris, and old materials for proper disposal.
• Provide friendly, professional interaction with customers on-site.
• Follow all safety protocols, including ladder safety, PPE use, and confined space awareness.
