You will join a safety‑conscious team, handle basic tasks under supervision, read manuals, and support field technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying weather.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of gas, wood, and electric fireplaces under supervision.
• Prepare job sites by unloading materials and setting up tools, ensuring safety protocols.
• Learn to read blueprints, installation manuals, and manufacturer specs.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of fireplace systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and company vehicles.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
