Qualifications

• No fireplace, HVAC, construction, or installation experience required. Training provided.
• Must be dependable and safety-focused.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Learn to install manufactured fireplaces and venting systems in new construction homes.
• Service and troubleshoot fireplaces through hands-on training.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and other equipment.
• Access work areas including roofs and attics.
• Read and follow installation manuals, codes, and specifications.
• Drive a company vehicle between local job sites.
• Use smartphone/tablet for scheduling and job info.
• Communicate professionally with builders, customers, and team members.
• Complete installations per procedures and manager direction.
• Cross-train in additional Hearth products and services.
