You will assist with loading, unloading, and organizing tools, help position materials for fireplace installations, and keep sites clean and safe. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn, with good communication for customer interactions on-site.

• Follow all safety protocols, including ladder safety, PPE use, and confined space awareness.

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Entry-Level

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable Fireplace System Helper to support our technicians on daily job sites. This is a great entry point into the fireplace service trade — no experience necessary, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Assist technicians with loading, unloading, and organizing tools, parts, and equipment
• Help carry and position materials for wood, gas, and electric fireplace installations and repairs
• Support basic cleaning and maintenance tasks under technician supervision
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris
• Maintain and keep tools and equipment in good working order
• Assist with hauling ash, debris, and old materials for proper disposal
• Provide friendly, professional interaction with customers on-site
• Follow all safety protocols, including ladder safety, PPE use, and confined space awareness

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license preferred
• Willingness to work at heights, in tight spaces, and in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable lifting 75+ lbs with assistance and standing/kneeling for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills for customer-facing situations
• No prior experience required — training provided
• Drug test and background check required

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience in construction, general labor, or a trade helper role
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
