Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to join our North Carolina team. You will assist the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, lead the crew, delegate tasks, and ensure a smooth, customer-focused service experience.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Food Handlers license within 30 days of hire.
• Able to learn menu with accuracy and speed.
• Able to lift 30+ pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Move quickly and think fast to keep operations smooth.
• Stay active and busy to meet daily demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to perform at expected levels.
• Develop crew to become effective leaders.
• Perform inventories, order supplies, and keep areas clean.
• Report to the General Manager and communicate needs.
• Maintain total knowledge of the menu and offerings.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues.
• Perform basic math and ensure order accuracy.
• Work efficiently with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain a safe, fun, and fulfilling work environment.

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Firehouse Subs® Restaurant! Part-time positions are available in most locations. Team members must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Firehouse Sub’s.

This job contributes to Firehouse Sub's success by assisting the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job requires the ability to deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily systems and procedures with 100% integrity.
