Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must hold Ohio EMT certification, Ohio Firefighter II certification, and Ohio EMT-Paramedic certification by end of probation.
• Must be able to pass Civil Service written, agility, and oral exams; background checks and medical exams.
• Preferred: Ohio Fire Safety Inspector certification; proof of certifications submitted with application.
