Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking an Instructor I to expertly deliver assigned courses using approved lesson plans and practical exercises. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and customers, ensuring high safety and quality standards.

The Instructor I will train across basic to intermediate level courses, support the Academy’s capabilities, and travel domestically and internationally up to two weeks per month. Strong presentation skills and firearms know-how are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training using approved lesson plans.
• Expert knowledge of firearms safety practices and handling.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Instruct assigned courses using approved lesson plans and practical exercises.
• Lead and support core classes; help grow the Academy’s capabilities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of firearms safety policies and procedures.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to two weeks per month as needed.
