Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. in New Hampshire seeks an Adjunct Instructor I to deliver high-level firearms training to armed professionals and responsible citizens.

You will teach basic to advanced courses using approved lesson plans and collaborate with fellow instructors and the SIG SAUER Academy team. This non-exempt, on-site role requires strong firearms skills, instructor-level experience, and the ability to travel domestically up to two weeks per month.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of instructor-level experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert instruction of designated courses with specialized focus as assigned.
• Meet course objectives and timelines for training courses.
• Create optimal training environments in classroom and range using SIG SAUER Academy methods.
• Collaborate with instructors and staff to grow Academy capabilities.
• Coach students to achieve success in class.
• Represent SIG SAUER at events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Travel domestically up to two weeks per month as required.
