The position emphasizes profitability through buying, selling, and lending on firearms, adherence to 4473 and federal/state regulations, and training Team Members in proper handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales and firearms experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state firearms regulations.
• Able to pass criminal and ATF background checks and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firearms department and drive profitability through buying, selling, and lending on firearms.
• Oversee compliance with ATF guidelines and maintain FFL status.
• Train team members on proper firearms handling and transactions.
• Establish relationships with customers and meet financial targets for the firearms department.
