Job summary

The Browning Service & Distribution Center in Arnold, Missouri, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative- Firearms to assist customers by phone with firearm service, repair status, and technical inquiries.

This role emphasizes strong customer service skills and a working knowledge of firearms and their mechanics. Training will cover Browning and Winchester products, procedures, and service guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in phone-based environments.
• Working knowledge of firearms and firearm operation required.
• Typing proficiency and good computer skills essential.
• Experience with repair tracking systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls regarding Browning and Winchester firearms, products, repairs, and service.
• Look up and communicate the status of firearms sent to the Service Center for inspection or repair.
• Answer questions regarding firearm function, operation, maintenance, parts, and mechanical issues.
• Explain repair findings, service procedures, timelines, and next steps to customers.
• Work with gunsmiths and technicians to provide accurate information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and service notes.
