Bass Pro Shops in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to help maintain Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms, and to assist with floor merchandising of hunting merchandise. The role requires greeting customers, identifying needs, and guiding purchases while ensuring accurate 4473 forms when applicable.

You will stay knowledgeable about firearms and ammunition, follow ATF/GCA regulations, and contribute to a safe, customer-focused shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Product knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
• Knowledge of ATF Federal and State Regulations
• Customer service and sales of Firearms and Ammunition
• GCA compliance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate customers' needs and make product recommendations
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately
• Demonstrate products to customers and maintain firearm counter
• Maintain shelf stock and merchandise presentation per guidelines
• Remain product expert through ongoing training and pricing/signs
