You will maintain firearm counter displays and ensure accurate completion of 4473 forms, while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment.

The role requires 0–2 years retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and staying knowledgeable on firearms and ammunition.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition.
• Familiarity with ATF federal and state regulations.
• Customer service and sales experience in firearms preferred.
• GCA knowledge preferred.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the gun counter with product recommendations.
• Identify customer needs and close sales.
• Maintain counter and floor appearance per guidelines.
• Ensure all 4473 forms are completed accurately.
• Provide information and directions to customers as needed.
