Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in making buying decisions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Organize and maintain merchandise on the sales floor and at the gun counter.
