Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms in Savannah, GA to deliver exceptional customer service at the firearm counter and assist with floor sales of hunting merchandise.

The role requires knowledge of firearms and ammunition, ATF regulations, and strong sales skills. A high school diploma is required, with 0–2 years in retail preferred. Must be 21+, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with physical duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Ensure firearms sales comply with all Federal and State regulations (ATF).
• Maintain clean, organized firearm counter and merchandise areas.
• Promote Bass Pro programs and membership benefits.
• Process and track firearms forms and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with seasonal floor moves and pricing integrity.
