Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; firearms safety training a plus.
• Previous firearms sales or related field experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local firearms laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere in the firearms department.
• Provide expert guidance and unbiased product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with all firearms laws and safety practices.
• Maintain organized firearms displays with accurate labeling and pricing.
• Process transactions accurately and handle documentation.
• Stay informed on firearm trends and product features.
• Upsell and promote RKFPPP and loyalty program.
