Rural King is seeking a Firearms Sales Associate to provide knowledgeable customer service while assisting with firearms, ammunition, accessories, and related products.

Candidates should have firearms product knowledge, sales and customer service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of applicable firearms laws and regulations. This role offers hands‑on training and opportunities for career growth within Rural King.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and identify their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide knowledgeable, unbiased product information and recommendations.
• Assist customers with firearms, ammunition, accessories, and related products.
• Process sales, special orders, returns, payments, and required documentation accurately through the POS system.
• Support sales through promotions, upselling, cross-selling, RK Firearms Plus Protection Plan, and loyalty program awareness.
