Bass Pro Shops in Waco, TX is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to support counter sales and customer service for firearms, as well as floor and counter sales of hunting merchandise. The role involves greeting customers, accurate 4473 handling, and maintaining Merchandising standards at the gun counter.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition
• Knowledge of ATF Federal and State Regulations
• Customer service and sales of firearms and ammunition
• GCA familiarity
• Merchandise stocking and display skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms.
• Assist with floor sales of hunting merchandise.
• Greet customers and provide information and direction.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership and in-store pickup.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and well stocked.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
