Job summary

Frontier Justice LS in Missouri is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience at the store, shooting range, and retail floor. This role may support Front of House or Range Check In and emphasizes safety, education, and strong customer service.

You will greet clients, explain procedures, assist with check-ins, process transactions, promote memberships and training, and collaborate with staff to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Comfortable working around firearms with a strong commitment to enforcing safety practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods on hard concrete floors.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours (evenings/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a warm and professional manner throughout their visit.
• Educate clients on range procedures, safety protocols, training opportunities, membership benefits, and available products.
• Assist with range check ins, equipment rentals, and product recommendations based on client needs and experience level.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through knowledgeable and solution oriented service.
• Promote and sell Frontier Justice memberships, training courses, and retail merchandise.
• Process transactions for range use, rentals, memberships, and retail purchases with accuracy in the POS system.
