Job summary

Frontier Justice is seeking a Firearms Sales Lead to drive sales, deliver outstanding client service, and maintain daily operational excellence in the firearms department. You will greet clients, guide them through the purchasing experience, and ensure compliance with ATF Form 4473 and applicable laws.

The role requires strong firearms knowledge (or willingness to be trained), leadership on the floor, and the ability to coach staff while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Comfortable working around firearms with a strong commitment to enforcing safety practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities on the firearms retail floor to support client service standards and sales performance.
• Build strong client relationships through product knowledge, rapport, and personalized service.
• Drive individual sales performance and contribute to overall departmental revenue goals.
• Provide guidance, support, and real-time coaching to sales associates to enhance performance and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell firearms, accessories, memberships, and range services.
• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and safe handling practices.
