Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months cashiering experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to firearms processing compliance.
• Ability to learn and follow Scheels product training and store meetings.

Responsibilities

• Complete Form 4473, licensing, and background checks accurately.
• Provide world class customer service and greet customers on the sales floor.
• Evaluate and appraise firearms for resale; demonstrate firearm safety.
• Grow personal sales and promote Scheels Visa Rewards card.
• Assist with freight/stocking and maintain professional appearance.
