Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process firearm paperwork (Form 4473, licensing, background checks) accurately.
• Demonstrate firearm safety and handling.
• Evaluate firearms for resale.
• Assist customers with firearm purchases and questions.
• Maintain knowledge of ammunition, reloading, and optics.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy.
• Hit personal sales goals while delivering a superior customer experience.
• Promote Scheels Visa Rewards and explain benefits.
• Participate in product training and store meetings.
• Maintain professional appearance on the sales floor.
