Qualifications

• NRA, POST, USCCA certifications required.
• At least 1 year of sales, marketing, firearms instruction, or related field preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver firearms safety training sessions to learners of varying skill levels.
• Instruct on proper handling, storage, and operation of firearms.
• Reinforce safety protocols and treat every firearm as loaded.
• Educate on local, state, and federal firearm laws and regulations.
• Foster a culture of safety within the shooting community.
• Evaluate student skills and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on new firearm technologies and safety practices.
• Maintain training records and communicate with students.
• Oversee range safety during training sessions and events.
• Set up projection equipment; queue videos; use TimeTap and Concur.
• Sell Concealed Coalition memberships and Firearms Legal Protection.
