Concealed Coalition is seeking a Firearms Safety Instructor to educate individuals on safe and responsible firearms use, handling, storage, and operation. You will tailor training for beginners to experienced shooters, assess skills, and provide constructive feedback in a safety‑conscious learning environment.

Requirements include NRA, POST, USCCA certifications, at least one year in sales or firearms instruction, and strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• NRA, POST, USCCA certifications required.
• 1+ year in sales, marketing, firearms instruction, or related field preferred.
• Cognitive ability to fact-find and systemize tasks.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Maintain all Firearms Instructor certifications while employed or contracted.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Concealed Coalition training programs on firearm safety to diverse skill levels.
• Instruct proper firearm handling, operation, and maintenance.
• Explain safety protocols and handling rules; emphasize target awareness and safe practices.
• Educate on local, state, and federal firearm laws and regulations.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback; maintain training records.
