Concealed Coalition is seeking a Firearms Safety Instructor to educate on safe handling, storage, and lawful use of firearms. You will train individuals from beginners to experienced shooters and foster a safety-first learning environment.

Requirements include NRA/POST/USCCA certifications, sales or training experience, and strong communication. You will lead range sessions, manage equipment, and use TimeTap and Concur for scheduling and payments.

Qualifications

• Must hold NRA/POST/USCCA certifications.
• 1+ year of sales, marketing, firearms instruction, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized.
• Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented.
• Maintain instructor certifications and open lines with Training Dept.
• Maintain professional liability insurance while contracted or employed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Concealed Coalition firearms safety training to varied skill levels.
• Instruct handling, storage, operation, and maintenance of firearms.
• Demonstrate safety protocols and enforce range rules at all times.
• Educate on local, state, and federal firearms laws and self-defense issues.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Set up and operate presentation equipment and training tech.
• Coordinate with Training Department and document sessions.
