Job summary

This role collaborates with Sales, R&D, Operations, suppliers, distributors, and customers. The position requires 1–3 years in the firearms industry in product management or related roles, an associate degree in business or marketing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 1–3 years in firearms industry in product management or a related role.
• Moderate knowledge of industry product portfolio and market research/analysis experience.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Monday.com, Oracle, and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand customers' needs and translate them into business plans.
• Assist Product Manager with product requirement documents for product, packaging, accessories, and manuals.
• Create SKUs and BOMs as needed.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Project Management throughout product development and NPIs.
• Support marketing campaigns for NPIs and sustainment.
• Assist with inventory management and product portfolio updates.
